UPM colabora con Sandhar Technologies Barcelona en la búsqueda de un QUALITY CUSTOMER ENGINEER (Ingeniero Calidad Cliente). Sandhar Technologies Barcelona es una multinacional TIER 2 del sector automoción especializada en Inyección de aluminio con plantas productiva en Cataluña (Alt Penedés), México, Rumanía y Polonia. Alta especialización en piezas de seguridad y electrónica del automóvil.
Funciones:
Reporting directly to Quality Plant Manager this person will be accountable for the quality of products of customers assigned and the assurance that part quality meets acceptance standards and customer specifications.
Main tasks assigned for the position:
- Interface with customer. Address customer issues in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Quality responsibility to initiate planning and problem solving procedures to ensure continuous improvement in the quality department for their clients.
- Responsible for assuring that containment of non-conforming product occurs and procedures are followed.
- Perform product and process audits to ensure the standards KPI's day to day lead and design new service screening tools focusing customer expectations Assure a timely response to customer complaints.
- Develop and document procedures to assure a timely response for processing of customer returns and corrective action.
- Quality Accept/reject production material. Stop a production process when non-conformity has been detected.
- Inform outside supplier of new samples and customer requirements, including audits and supervision
Requisitos:
- Mechanical Engineering or equivalent background experience.
- Experience 3 years at least for TIER2 automotive as Quality Customer Engineer Knowledge of injection molding and Machining experience
- Extensive knowledge of IATF 16949, 8D, CPK, 5W, APQP, FMEA, SPC, MSA.
- High performance in analysis and problem solving.
- Imperative profile with customer orientation, leadership, data treatment, outputs exploding with continuous improvement purpose.
